HumanSoft is a solution built on Microsoft Power Apps platform, a.k.a Dataverse. We used the same platform as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service is running on, therefore, you have full flexibility on the solution.
We cannot provide exact classification but mostly 100+ employee organizations cannot benefit SaaS solution and want something unique for them prefer our solution.
We do have wide range of customers starting from 100 employees to 30,000 employees. Really depends on your requirement. Feel free to drop us question if we can meet your requirements.
HumanSoft has mainly 3 pricing items:
– Licensing
– Implementation
– Support
If we focus on licensing, we do have 3 sub components of licensing:
– Platform License (per organization)
– HR/Sys Admin Count (HR or IT users)
– Active Employee Count (Count of employee which will maintain in HumanSoft)
Our pricing model is also offering you to select modules as an ala-carte option. You can only have “Recruitment” or “Performance” module if you want.

Yes, HumanSoft solution requires Microsoft Power Apps Per User and Power Pages Per Authenticated User licenses in order to run the solution.
Those Power Apps licensing do not come with Office 365. It has to be purchased separately.
If you don’t have Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft, we can handle everything on behalf of you, we can embed the necessary Microsoft licenses.
We follow a tailored path very similar to this:
– Kickoff & Introduction
– Data gathering phase
– Initial setup
– Gather requirements
– Apply requirements
– User Acceptance Test
– Go Live
– Ongoing Support
We apply this sequence for each module. Sometimes we might require more meetings to understand your requirements clearly.
Duration of implementation vary from customer to customer. We do have some best practices based on 100-1000 employee organizations. You can refer Pricing for more information but here are the high level durations.
Unfortunately no, we don’t have trial version of our solution yet. But we are working on a version where you can experience the solution.

Our office hoursa are between 09:00-18:00 (GMT+3) from Monday to Friday.
Support hours have different schedule, based on your support service plan you can benefit 6 days 12 hours or 7 days 24 hours support.
Yes, we are heavily working on our new partner enablement program to reach other regions.
Currently we do have partners who can operate in MEA region, like: UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, South Africa etc.
